Static noise occurs when I listen to my Earphones
First thing to check is if you have cleaned the 3,5mm jacket. Dust and other particles can make the jack sensitive and lead actions between the sections that the jacket has. Secondly you can try cleaning the 3,5mm golden plug connector. The best way to do that is to take a clean fine meshed textile cloth dry and pinch it round the connector and clean it. It if seems dry a drop of sewing machine oil can be put in the cloth and then the pinch and clean is done one more time.

My phone start and stops music by itself?

Secondly If you have a well used phone, sometimes the headphone jack itself shows movement, then interference between the 3.5mm connector and the headphone jack can be an issue, making the issue to occur. A simple way to test this is to hold the connector and then see if the issue occurs in the same way as if you move around. Another way can be to put a small piece of paper between the phone jacket and the 3.5mm connector to see if the activity stops.

My buttons don’t work
First check that the version of headset is Android or iPhone, and that you are using the right phone. Overall the 3-button microphone is a sensitive part of the phone. If the buttons don’t work, please try your Earphones in another phone to see if the result is the same.
